UN Twitter campaign: Employing youth for a better future

Hello friends!

The United Nations is organizing a Twitter and Texting campaign on “Employing Youth for a Better Future”, which will run from 20 to 27 February.

It would be grateful if you could help tweet and re-tweet using hashtag #UN4youth. The main objective is to mobilize the youth communities, representatives of the private sector, the civil society, and government representatives around the world to address challenges and solutions on global issue of youth unemployment.

Everything ready for the beginning of techno-emotional spaces

Last friday we celebrated the first official meeting of the beginning of th project! Everything is ready for the beginning of the implementation of techno-emotional spaces. Luis, Mikel and Miriam, members of the green team, will be the developers of the project!

The aim of this first meeting were the following:

• Refresh and redefine the project
• Organize what we have to do
• Work planning and competences of each member

The next meeting will happen soon! Till then, each member will be working on  an area and we will keep researching about the Urumea river and its potencial!

Today we celebrated the first meeting with some of the green team members for the implementation of techno emotional spaces. From now on, we’ll gather once a week and we’ll keep you updated!

Revival winning moment

And the winners are…

WROCLAW AND DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIAN!

After two days in Prague, where all the cities participating on the Future City Jobs presented the winning projects of each city we all together decided that the green team’s TECHNO-EMOTIONAL SPACES project from Donostia-San Sebastian had to be one of the winners!

Congratulations to the GAMERS, thanks again for your commitment, energy and motivation!

This is jut the beggining! LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

DESTINATION: PRAGA!

MEETING WITH THE CITY HALL

Yesterday, we presented the winning projects of the Future City Game DSS2016EU in the City Hall of Donostia-San Sebastian!!!

The mayor of the city, Juan Karlos Izagirre, who personally attended the meeting, was amazed by all the potential of the projects.

Next Monday we’ll present them in Prague! Let’s see what happens!

Countdown for the presentation in PRAGUE!

We’re working on the presentation of the final projects in Prague!

Next week, all the participants of the Future City Jobs project San Sebastian, Wroclaw (Poland), Tallinn (Estonia),Glasgow (Scotland), Prague (Czech Republic) and Södertälje would bring their winning projects to Prague!
